Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients:
3 beef brisket
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic — minced
2 Bay leaves
1 Head cabbage — cut into
8 wedges
How to Prepare:
Place corned beef in Crock
pot. Add water, onion, garlic
and bay leaves.
Cover, and cook on Low for
10 to 12 hours(overnight is
good). About 2 hours
before its finished, add in
the cabbage and let
continue to cook.
**Note: If you don’t have a
huge crock pot, remove the
beef and put the
cabbage in the liquid and
let cook 2 hours, then heat
the beef in the
oven wrapped tightly in foil.
