I was at my favourite little eatery the other day and I ordered a soup, it was spinach and brandy soup with hazelnut cream and peppercorns. I loved the taste, everything surprisingly worked well together. So tonight I thought I’d try the soup, but instead I’d use zucchini. I know a roasted zucchini recipe that tastes amazing, but I don’t know how it’ll taste with brandy, and I don’t want to waste the food, so does anyone have a clue what they’d taste like together. Also, it’s a very good brandy, not cheap.
