Lol Hi the Question was Find three conditions of the climate and landscape that are necessary for rice to grow successfully.
i wrote
Water - The production of food is dependent on water and rice growers know better than most the real value of water. Without it rice growers can’t plant a crop, make a living or continue to grow the rice which feeds up to 40 million people around the world everyday.
Good Climate – Climate is an important factor in rice growing but different countries producer different types of rice this is all due to the temperatures. Rice can be divided into two categories – Japonica and Indica. Japonica rice is usually grown in temperate climates, like Australia, California, Egypt, China and Japan. The grains are round and when cooked, is sticky and moist. Indica rice is grown in hot, tropical climates. The grains are long and when cooked, is fluffy and does not stick together. India, Thailand, Vietnam and Southern China mostly produce Indica rice.
Good Soil - i rly need an answer like now plz answer as soon as u can 3 points for this one

I’d look up or write a rice board or a rice commision.
The purpose of these boards is to provide information and promote rice.
Many have FAQs and are willing to answer questions.
For example,

http://www.usarice.com/
Also, agricultral cooperative extensions have a lot of info and research.
